Joint membership of ISHR and British Society for Cardiovascular Research (BSCR)

Members of the BSCR benefit from a reduced membership fee for ISHR. Apply using the online BSCR Ordinary Membership form and select the option for joint membership.

Paying your Membership Dues Online
Instructions for making online dues payments for existing and new members

Sign in on the ISHR website (www.ishrworld.org). Your username will be your email address (unless you have changed your username). You may need to reset your password (click on “forgot your password?”) if you have not previously accessed the ISHR website (members joining in 2015 and 2016 were entered into the database with temporary password ISHR2015). If you have difficulty signing in, please contact the Exec Sec, Leslie Anderson Lobaugh, for assistance.

Once you sign in:

  • IF YOUR MEMBERSHIP HAS EXPIRED you will be taken to a Membership Information page. Click on “securely renew your membership now” in the white bar and you will be taken to the Membership Dues page. Choose the appropriate membership* (Regular, Trainee, etc.) and follow the onscreen instructions to make payment by credit card (checks are not accepted). [If you are an Early Career Investigator (ECI), you may join the ECI Member group by checking this box under GROUP MEMBERSHIP]. Your ISHR membership will be renewed through Dec 31, 2017.
  • IF YOUR MEMBERSHIP IS CURRENT through Dec 31, 2016, you can renew for 2017. Click on Manage Profile (under MY PROFILE, right navigation) to go to the Manage Profile page, then click on “***Renew Your Membership Now***” in the yellow bar and you will be taken to the Membership Dues page. Choose the appropriate membership* (Regular, Trainee, etc.) and follow the onscreen instructions to make payment by credit card (checks are not accepted). [If you are an Early Career Investigator (ECI), you may join the ECI Member group by checking this box under GROUP MEMBERSHIP].
  • IF YOU ARE NEW TO ISHR click “Join ISHR Today” on the website home page, choose “European Section” and follow the online instructions to register and make your initial dues payment by credit card (checks are not accepted).

Please note that all payments must be made in USD. After making payment, you can print a receipt (click on “view invoice/receipt” on the “Thank You!” page or click on the invoice icon under OPTIONS on your “Membership Information” page (Manage Profile>Membership).

Once your membership is current, please take a moment to update your member profile (Manage Profile > Edit Bio).

* After choosing your membership you will see a pop-up which reads “Changing your membership selection will reset all other selections and entries you have made. Are you sure you want to continue?” Choose YES – there will be no negative consequences.
